摘　　要：中国历代封建王朝为了稳定社会秩序 ,维护公共安全 ,十分注重惩禁毒物犯罪法律的制订和实施。其颁行的法典中大都有关于毒物犯罪的条文及其解释 ,毒物犯罪罪名比较科学 ,对毒物犯罪的刑事处罚相当严厉 ,定罪量刑的原则有不少合理因素。这些特征都说明了中国古代立法技术的进步 ,体现了中国传统法律文化的发展程度。All China feudal dynasties paid attention to enactment and enforcement of laws for suppression of poison crimes in order to stablize social order and safeguard public security.There are articles and interpretations about poison crimes in the codes issued for enforcement,the charges of the crimes are scientific,the criminal penalty is severe and there are some reasonable elements in condemnation and measurement of penalty,which show the progress in legislative technique in ancient China and the level of traditional Chinese law culture.
