水稻光敏感核不育系和两系杂交稻选育研究

摘　　要：以双8-14s、105s 为光敏感核不育基因供体,以国内外不同类型的籼稻和粳稻品种为受体亲本,采用杂交、辐射及单株系谱选育方法选育出多种类型籼稻和粳稻光敏核不育系,籼型如8902s、8906s、8912s 和8920s 等,粳型有 WD_ls、M105-9s等.初步育成两系杂交中籼组合8902s/明恢63、8902s/明恢72、8906s/特青2号、8912s/明恢63等,两系晚粳组合 M10s-9s/反5-2等,以及两系亚种问组合8912s/轮回422、8902s/UG28、8902s/Varylava等,并已开始生产性试种.8-14s and 105s were used as the donor parents of photoperiod-sensitive genic male-sterile gene.At home and abroad indiea and japonica varieties were selected as the above gene acceptors.The various indica PGML such as 8902s,8906s 8912s,and 8920s and japonica PGML for example WD1s,M105s have been breeded mainly by cross,irradtion and single plant selection.The recombinations of TLHR have been bred since 1988,The indica TLHR such as 8912s/MingHui 63,8902s/MinHui 63,8902s/MinHui 72,8902s/HR195 -2 8902s/N55,and late japonica M105s/Fan5-2,indica-japonic subspecies, such as 8912s/LunHui 422,8902s/UG28,8902s/Varylava,8912s/ 50649,were bred,These recombinations of TLHR will be applied at field production.
