摘 要:选用感光性强、中、弱三组粳稻品种各5个,分别将其与光敏感核不育水稻农垦58s 杂交,观察其 F_1,F_2和 F_3各单株育性的表现。结果表明,湖北光敏感核不育水稻不育性的遗传行为表现出多态性:农垦58s 与强感光性品种的杂种后代不育性表现出一对或接近一对主基因分离模式;与弱感光性品种则表现出两对或接近于两对主基因的分离模式;与中感光性品种就介于上述两者之间或偏向某一方。遗传分析认为,光敏感核不育性的遗传多态性的出现是光敏感核不育基因与感光性基因相互作用的结果。The japonica cultivars were divided into three groups,5 varieties in a group,according to their photoperiod response.They were crossed respetively with PGMR Nongkeng 58s.Their fertilities of F1,F2 and F3 indicated that genetic polymorphism of sterile genetic behavior appears in PGMR:the ster- ilities of the progenies in crosses of Nongkeng 58s with strong pnotoperiod response cultivars are controlled by one pair or nearly one pair of genes;in crosses of Nongkeng 58s with light photoperiod response cultivars by two pair or nearly two pair of genes;in crosses of Nongkeng 58s with medium photoperiod response cultivars,by some genes between them or approching one extreme.Through the genetic analysis of the above results,it was thou- ght that the genetic polymorphism of sterility in PGMR results from the interaction between photoperiod sensitive genes and ptotoperiod response genes.
