摘　　要：针对高性能信号采集记录仪的研究 ,讨论了 1 6位嵌入式芯片 80 97BH、闪速存储器AT2 9C0 1 0的功能原理和体系结构 .提出一种基于 80 97BH的信号采集系统的设计方案 ,并对其软硬件进行了设计和制作 .该仪器调试和试用效果表明 ,其可靠性高 ,CPU的运算和数据处理能力强 ,速度快等 ,有较高的实用价值 .According to the study of date collecting instrument,the article introduces a embedded system chip,8097BH and a kind of flash memory,AT29C010, design out the date collecting system based on 8097BH,and both software and hardware have been made and passed. By using and testing,it is proved that the system is reliable,competent with date-processing and of high speed and applying value.
