摘 要:本文通过一系列试验,研究了一种新型的无石棉摩阻材料——玻璃纤维树脂有机基摩阻材料(Glass Fibre Resin Friction Material—GFRF),系统地分析了该材料的表面形貌、成分、结构和摩擦磨损性能之间的变化关系,揭示了该材料的摩擦磨损机理,论证了玻纤取代石棉用于制造摩阻材料的优越性,指出了更进一步改善和提高GFRF材料性能的途径。In this paper, the relationships between the microstructure, the composition, thefriction temperature and the form of a new kind of friction material which is a glass fibre resinfriction material(GFRF) are studied through a serise of tests done on machine such as EPMA,STM, DTG-DTA, an optical microscope and a friction machine. The tests show us that notonly the heat-conductivity of the GFRF is better than the heat-conductivity of asbestos frictionmaterial, but also the rate of rise in temperature of GFRF is lower than it is in asbestos frictionmaterial. In GFRF, heat-decline has been put off oravoided, the distribution of heat-stresshas been improved, and use life has been extended. Enhancing temperature of the resin resolu-tion and enhancing stickness between the resin and glass fibre are important ways of improvingthe friction and wear performance of GFRF. A discription of the friction and. wear mechanismof GFRF was given in this paper.
