摘　　要：目的　探讨胰段胆管显露的方法及应用价值。　方法　回顾分析 1997～ 2 0 0 2年胆道复杂手术中 9例行胰腺段胆管解剖显露 ,其中 8例为胆道再次手术 ,1例先天性胆总管囊肿初次手术。　结果　 8例均明确了具体病因并行相应手术纠治 ,先天性胆总管囊肿 1例达到胆总管远端彻底切除。结论　胰胆管显露虽较困难 ,熟悉解剖后仍安全可行 ,并有利于明确病因诊断和合理的术式选择。Objective To study and evaluate the method of exposing the intrapancreatic biliary duct. Methods 9 cases who underwent complicated biliary surgery between 1997～2002 were analyzed retrospectively for their intrapancreatic biliary duct exposure. 8 cases underwent the second operation on the biliary tract, and one underwent the first operation for congenital cystic dilatation of the common bile duct. Results 8 cases were diagnosed definitely, and one of congenital cystic dilatation of the common bile duct got the cyst dissected thoroughly at the far end of the common bile duct. Conclusion Exposure of intrapancreatic biliary duct is a feasible and safe way for diagnosing and treating pancreatobiliary diseases.
