摘　　要：目的　探讨可吸收螺钉用于关节内骨折固定的可行性。　方法　选择累及关节的松质骨骨折 91例 ,将骨折复位后以可吸收螺钉固定。术后引流 2～ 3d ,常规应用抗生素预防感染。　结果平均随访 18个月 ,1～ 3月内均达到骨性愈合。 6例遗有关节功能部分受限 ,余关节功能基本正常。　结论　可吸收螺钉具有良好的生物相容性 ,具有一定强度 ,能维持松质骨骨折稳定直到骨折愈合 ,能完全吸收骨化 ,有利于骨修复 ,避免了二次手术取出 ,是关节内骨折理想的内固定材料。Objective To study the possibility of treating intra-articular fractures with absorbable screws. Methods 91 cases of cancellous bone fracture were observed. Fracture was fixed with absorbable screw. After operation, drainage was kept for 2～3 days and antibiotic was given to prevent infection. Result The average follow-up was 18 months. All cases got bone union in 1～3 months. 6 cases had joint's function partly limitation while other's function were perfect. Conclusion Absorbable screw has good biocompatibility and strength which can keep cancellous bone fracture stable until healing. Absorbable screw can be absorbed completely, thus avoids being taken out by second operation. It is an ideal material for intra-articular fracture fixation.
