摘　　要：目的　探讨应用内镜外科技术完成前胸径路的甲状腺切除术 ,从而获得颈部无瘢痕的美容效果。　方法　切口选择在双侧乳晕上缘、胸骨旁 ,在内镜下行甲状腺肿瘤或腺体次全切除术共 18例。　结果　 18例术后恢复良好 ,明显改善颈部水肿、隆起等症状。Objective To discuss the endoscopic thyroidectomy via the anterior chest approach to get good cosmetic result without scar on the neck. Methods 18 cases underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy with parasternal and bilateral areola incision. Blunt dissection of the subcutaneous planes of the neck and the chest were administered. The thyroid nodules were extirpated or the subtotal thyroidectomy was finished. Results 18 cases acquired good recovery and obviously improved edema and prominence. All cases succeeded with the cosmetic outcome of scarless on neck. Conclusions The endoscopic thyroidectomy through the anterior chest approach has obvious cosmetic result.
