草莓增殖和生根壮苗培养基的筛选

摘　　要：研究了不同激素配比对草莓优良品种美国童子一号增殖与快速生根的影响 ,试图对学院种植科技园原来的草莓增殖与生根培养基进行改进。试验结果表明 :最适宜的草莓增殖的培养基为Ms+BA 1 5mg L+NAA 0 3mg L +GA 0 2mg L ,生根培养基为 1 2Ms和 1 2Ms+IBA 0 5mg L+多效唑 0 5mg L。This article reported the effect of the different hormones on strawber ry propagation and rooting We try to improve the ratio of strawberry reproducti on and good root system The results showed that the best propagation medium w a s MS+BA 1 5 mg/L+NAA 0 3 mg/L+GA 0 2 mg/L,and the suitable for root-promoting medium was 1/2MS and 1/2MS +IBA 0 5 mg/L+PP333 0 5 mg/L
