摘  要:本研究表明,1350℃以下时在CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-SO_3系统中C_3S难以形成;在该系统中掺加一些MgO、Fe_2O_3、Cr_2O_3和CaF_2等可以促进f-CaO的吸收和C_3S的形成过程;采用工业原料和工业废料于1300℃可以烧成Alite-C_4A_3S熟料,其矿物组成主要为Alite、C_4A_3S和少量Belite、C_2F;粉煤灰水泥中、掺入20wt%Alite-C_4A_3S熟料后,由于AH_3、AFt形成和Alite水化被加速,水泥早期强度有较明显提高,其强度约可提高1个标号。建议采用石灰饱和系数KH~*、铝硫比P和铝硅比N这三个率值控制Alite-C_4A_3S熟料的生产。KH~*以0.92~0.99、P以小于3.82为宜,KH~*大于0.95时,N应不小于1.40。One kind of Alite-C_4A_3 clinker can be obtained at 1300℃ by using natural rawmaterials is shown in present paper, main minerals of the clinker are Alite, C_4A_3-S as well as someBelite and C_2F. On the other hand, at 1300℃ or even at 1300℃ no formed C_3S was found in thequaternary system CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-SO_3 XRD and chemical, analysis. The process for f-CaO absorp-tion and C_3S formation in the system can be accelerated by adding some MgO,Fw_2O_3, Cr_2O_3 and CaF_2as well as their mixtures, the reason is probably the decline of the melting point of the system and thedecrease of the viscosity of the liquid as well as the appearance of transitional phases. Experimentsreveal that when 20wt% Alite-C_4A_3-S clinker is added to 325 Mark portland fly-ash cement, itsstrength or early ages can be developed evidently and finally its strength grade can be raised by one grade owing to the earlier formation of AFt and the promotion of hydration of Alite. AFt producesearly cementive bonds and makes up pores, fractures in the tested cement products, which directiyleads to the strength increase. For the production of Alite-C_4A_3S clinker three kinds of modulus: themodified lime saturation factor KH, the aluminum sulphur ratio P and the aluminum silica ratio Nare recommended. Generally the suitable moduli are P≤3.82 and 0.92≤KH≤0. 99, and whenthe KH is more than 0.95 the N should not be less than 1.40.
