摘　　要：20世纪中叶 ,非洲殖民地人民终于挣脱了殖民统治 ,赢得了民族独立。 1 963年非洲统一组织的成立 ,为非洲国家树起了团结战斗 ,争取非洲完全独立和解放的旗帜。非统组织在其 39年的光辉历程中 ,实现了非洲的独立和解放 ,捍卫了国家独立、主权和领土完整 ,维护了非洲国家的团结与和平 ,促进了非洲经济一体化进程 ,为在 2 0 0 2年 7月建立非洲联盟奠定了坚实的基础。In the mid-20 th century,African peoples finally shook off the yoke of colonialism and won their independence.The founding of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) in 1963 raised a flag for African countries of united battles for the entire independence and liberation of Africa.The OAU,during its 39 year's splendid course,actualized the independence and liberation of African countries, safeguarded their independence and integrity of sovereignty and territory,maintained the unity and peace among African nations,promoted the process of integration of African economy and provided solid bases for the African Union founded in July 2002.
