摘　　要：话剧《迟开的玫瑰》抓住改革开放、社会转型时期青年人的心理特征,以新时期青年人应该怎样解决好追求个人利益、实现个人价值与担负起历史重担、尽到社会责任的矛盾问题为核心,精心组织情节,巧于安排结构,从而塑造出绚丽多姿的典型人物形象,装点着戏曲艺术的人物画廊和文学艺术园地。Modern drama the late Blooms of Roses briefly described young men's psychological characteristics when China began to reform and opened to outside world and society began to change and concentrated main conflicts on how to deal with following problems such as how to pursuit of personal benefit, how to realize value of person, how to shoulder history responsibility and how to fulfill duties in society. The writer of the Late Blooms of Roses built up plot and experted at arranging structure so cleverly that he created magnificent typical characters and provided enriched examples for the gallery of drama art and field of literature art.
