摘  要:通过观察链霉素对膨胀心室诱导的心律失常的影响来评价牵张激活的离子通道 (SACs)在机械电反馈中的作用。采用Langendorff方法灌流离体豚鼠心脏 ,剪开左房 ,将充有液体的乳胶球囊置于左室。记录膨胀左室前和向乳胶球囊注射液体膨胀左室过程中心外膜心电图和左室压力 ,计算对照组和链霉素组膨胀诱发心律失常的发生率。结果 :通过乳胶球囊膨胀左室 ,使左室舒张末压增加相同的情况下 ,室性早搏在链霉素组的发生率为 2 0 % ,对照组则为 80 % ;室性心动过速在两组的发生率分别为 10 %和 6 0 % (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :链霉素对膨胀诱导的心律失常有抑制作用 ,说明SACs在膨胀诱导的心律失常的发生中可能发挥作用。The effect of streptomycin on ventricular dilation-induced arrhythmias was studied to evaluate the role of stretch-activated channels in mechanoelectric feedback. The isolated guinea-pig hearts were perfused by Langendorff method. After incision of the left atrium, a fluid-filled latex balloon was anchored within the left ventricle. Epicardial ECG of the left ventricle and left ventricular pressure were recorded before and during ventricular dilation by injecting fluid into the latex balloon, and then the incidence of ventricular dilation-induced arrhythmias was counted in control group and in streptomycin group.Results: Under the same ventricular end-diastolic pressure increased by inflation of latex balloon, the incidence of premature ventricular beat in streptomycin group was 20%, it was 80% in control group; and the incidence of ventricular tachycardia in streptomycin group and in control group were 10% and 60% respectively(all P <0.05). Conclusion: Streptomycin has inhibitory effects on ventricular dilation-induced arrhythmias, which suggests stretch-activated channels might play a role in ventricular dilation-induced arrhythmias.
