摘  要:在原苏联的计算标准基础上 ,综合考虑烟温偏差、流量偏差、传热系数等各种影响因素 ,提出一种新的三维壁温计算方法。新方法可为预测过热器管道寿命 ,防止过热器爆管提供有效的依据。On the basis of formerly U. S. S. R stardard, a new method for calculating the three - dimensional tube - wall temperature of superheater has been suggested. This method considers comprehensively many factors afecting the tube - wall temperature, such as the flue gas temperature deviation, the flow rate deviation, and the heat transfer coefficient etc., providing valuable information for predicting the tube life of superheater, and for preventing the tube of superheater from blast. The said new method has already been widely utilized in practice.
