摘　　要：给出一种采用 A-B变频器驱动的渣浆泵调速系统。机旁、主控制室、配电室各设1台可编程序控制器 ,连成 DH485网控制变频器的运转 ,简化了异地操作。在渣浆流量调节中应用了先进的二自由度 PID控制算法。新系统投入运行后 ,性能优越。The article introduces a slag slurry pump frequenry control of motor speed system driven by A-B frequency converter.A programmable controller has been separately installed at the side of the pump,main control room and electrial power distribation room,they make up DH485 network to control the frequency converter,the operation in different places is simplified.The advanced two-degree of freedom PID control algorithm is applied to modulate of slag slurry flow.The proprety of the new system is superior and the effect of energy saving is marked.
