摘 要:系统总结了铝酸钠溶液种分过程的溶液结构及分解机理的研究进展。铝酸钠溶液种分过程的复杂性首先在于铝酸钠溶液铝酸根阴离子结构随浓度变化的复杂性。众多研究者对铝酸钠溶液分解机理进行了大量细致入微的工作 ,得到了一些普适性的结论 ,种分过程晶体生长速率很小 ,不能依靠长大过程得到砂状氢氧化铝。研究表明铝酸钠溶液分解与晶种的表面形貌密切相关 ,但大量铝酸钠溶液分解动力学方程除了引入表面积参数外 ,并不能反映出晶种表面性质对动力学方程的影响。A systematical summary is made of the advances in research on decomposition mechanism of solution aluminate seeds. The complexity of the decomposition process of sodium aluminate solution seeds lies mainly in the fact that the structure of aluminate anions changes with the concentration of the solution. Much work has been done for the decomposition mechanism of sodium aluminate, coming to the general conclusion that the growth rate of gibbsite crystals during the decomposition is too small to gain coarse gibbsites only by their growth. The investigation shows that the decomposition is connected intimately with the surface shape and quality of the crytal seeds. However, many dynamic equations for decomposition of sodium aluminate solution introduce only surface parameters without any ion reflection of the influence of the surface properties of crystal seeds in the dynamic equations. Further research work remains to be done for the relationship of the surface properties of crystal seeds and the decomposition mechanism of sodium aluminate solution seeds with the decomposition equations.
