摘 要:在M -2 0 0型摩擦磨损试验机考察了MoSi2 CrWMn钢在 2 0 #机油润滑条件下的摩擦学性能 ,并比较了该摩擦副在干摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损特性。运用扫描电子显微镜和定点探针观察与分析了摩擦副的表面形貌及其微区成分 ,讨论了其磨损机理 ,并探讨了MoSi2 材料的配副特性。试验结果表明 :润滑油改善了MoSi2 材料的摩擦学性能 ,MoSi2 CrWMn钢的主要摩擦机理为塑性变形 ,MoSi2 材料的磨损机制主要表现为疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损。高硬度CrWMn钢适合作MoSi2The tribological properties of MoSi 2 against CrWMn steel under oil lubrication were investigated with a M-200 type friction wear tester. The friction wear characteristics of the MoSi 2 is compared with a counterpart of CrWMn under dry friction condition. Its surface appearance was observed and analysed by means of scanning electron microscopy and electron probe micro analysis, and its wear mechanism and pairing characteristics were discussed. The test results showed that lubricant oil could improve the tribological properties of MoSi 2. Main friction mechanism of MoSi 2/CrWMn steel was plastic deformation and main wear mechanism was fatigue wear and abrasive wear. The high hardness CrWMn steel could be used as counterpart of MoSi 2.
