摘 要:提出产品生命周期方案设计时,运用质量屋理论对方案进行评判,根据评判结果进行改进和优化。将模糊集和模糊综合评判引入质量屋的构筑过程中。分析了质量屋构筑的优化本质,指出技术要求优先级的变迁和技术要求实现的资源约束是质量屋运用中存在的两个基本问题,给出了解决途径。实例表明在产品生命周期设计中运用质量屋可以最大程度地提高产品质量、满足客户需求、降低开发成本。In order to improve product quality, thetheory of quality house was used to evaluate the conceptof product life cycle design. Based on the evaluation re-sults, the primary concept was modified and optimized.The subjective and objective factors that have importantinfluences on quality house were taken into account to-gether with introducing fuzzy sets and fuzzy comprehen-sive evaluation into the establishing process of qualityhouse. It is pointed out that the essence of establishingquality house is a process of optimization, and the priori-ty transition of technology requirements and the resourceconstraints for realizing the technology requirementswere as two basic problems of implementing the qualityhouse. The methods to resolve the problems mentionedabove are given. Examples illustrated that the applica-tions of quality house can improve product quality, satis-fy the requirements of customer and cut development costfarthest.
