摘　　要：目的　探讨佐剂的改变对制备破伤风抗毒素质量的影响 ;方法　用两种新型佐剂免疫马后 ,制备精制破伤风抗毒素 ,并对其结果进行检测 ;结果　各项指标均达到《中国生物制品规程》( 2 0 0 0年版 )的要求 ;结论　新佐剂的应用对破伤风抗毒素的各项质量指标无不良影响 ,比活性及F(ab)Objective Effect on the quality of Tetanus antitoxin by change adjuvants Methods Equine plasma of Tetanus antitoxin immune by different adjuvants were refined?compared and tested Results The data accord with the requirements for preparation of tetanus antitoxin Conclusion The results indicated that the quality of the preparation were not affected by the different adjuvants, specific activity and F(ab)2 content are increased greatly
