激光预处理后钢的固相焊接接头组织与硬度分析

摘  要:40Cr/T10A钢表面激光淬火后,在压接温度750~780℃、预压应力56.6MPa的条件下,经2.5~7.5min短时保温可实现异种钢的固相焊接,接头强度可达母材强度。对接头区的显微组织及显微硬度的观测表明,接头区界面两侧显微组织连续,实现了良好的冶金结合;界面两侧近界面处钢的组织因C、Cr原子的互扩散而发生了明显变化,并导致显微硬度的变化。After the surfaces of 40Cr steel and T10A steel to be welded were pretreated by laser quenching, the different steels can be successfully welded under the conditions of welding temperature of 750-780℃, prepressure under 56. 6MPa and heat preservation time of 2. 5~7.5 minutes. And the strength of the joint is up to the base metal. The microstructure and microhardness of joints have been observed and the results show that the microstructure of two sides of joint is continuous. The good metallurgical joint can be gained. The microstructure and microhardness of two sides of joint change obviously because C and Cr atoms diffuse each other.
