摘  要:利用摩擦产生的声发射(AE)信号的功率谱密度对磨削表面粗糙度进行在线评价.实测结果表明,AE信号的功率谱密度与外圆磨削表面粗糙度之间存在很好的映射关系,利用随机信号分析的经典估计理论建立的这种映射关系可用于外圆磨削表面粗糙度的在线检测.The on-line measuring of the ground surface roughness was estimated by taking into account the power spectrum density of the friction-induced acoustic emission. Thus the relationship between the AE signal power spectrum density and the ground surface roughness was revealed based on the classical estimation theory for the random signal analysis. The comparison between the theoretically estimated ground surface roughness and the experimental one indicated that enough information was available by the AE signal for estimating the roughness of ground surface, and the established method could be applied to estimate on-line the roughness of cylindrically ground surface with reasonable accuracy and to estimate the roughness of other ground and turned surfaces. A3, 45* and 40Cr steels, and HT200 are used in the test.
