摘　　要：目的 探讨B超引导下磁性尿道探条取出磁性双J管的应用价值。 方法 分析了12例手术后30-62天拔管病人的操作结果。 结果 成功10例,失败2例。结论 本项操作可作为经过筛选的病人的首选的拔管方法。Objective To discuss the practical value of transurethral removal of magnetic double J stent with magnetic urethral bougie by ultrasonic guide. Methods The magnetic double J stents were removed from 12 patients undergone urologic operation 30-60 days ago. The operating results were analysed and compared. Results The operation of 10 patients were successful and 2 patients were fail. Conclusion This operation can be used as first choice method on selected patients with magnetic double J stent.
