肾积水梗阻原因的彩超诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声对肾积水患者在梗阻病变中的特征性表现和应用价值。 方法 对41例肾积水患者行二维及彩超检查,并进行分析诊断。 结果 41例肾积水中,28例为输尿管结石,13例为输尿管非结石病变(包括6种类型的病变,分内在性、外在压迫性、下尿路部位三种部位病变)。 结论 二维及彩超对诊断输尿管结石有特征性表现,有确诊价值,对诊断输尿管非结石病变有重要诊断价值。Objective To discass the characterics of hydronephrosis on gray scale ultrasound (GSU) and color Doppler ultra-sound(CDU) and its clinical value. Methods Forty-one patients of hydronephrosis were examined with GSU and CDU. Results Among 41 cases of hydronephrosis, there were 28 cases of ureteric stone. The reasons of other 13 cases of ureteric non-stone were inner-ureter,out-ureter and lower urinary tract diseases. Conclusion GSU and CDU can demonstrate sonographic features of ureteric stone, and are valuable in diagnosing ureteric non-stone diseases.
