摘　　要：根据建筑节能和人的舒适要求,锋尚国际公寓对建筑围护结构、能源与设备系统进行了优化设计。本文通过锋尚国际公寓围护结构热工性能及室内热环境的实测结果,分析评价该建筑的整体技术措施和设备系统综合运行效果,由于建筑围护结构的优化设计,在降低能耗的同时,为居住者创造了健康、舒适的室内热环境。In the opinion of building energy saving and thermal comfort of humanbeing, The design of building envelops and energy equipment system be optimized in aresidential building, which named Fengshang International Apartment. In this paper, Anon-situ measurement result about building envelops performance and indoor thermalenvironment acquired and discussed. Also the integrated technology strategy and operativeefficiency of equipment system be analyzed and evaluated. As a result of buildingenvelops' optimized design, a comfortable and healthy indoor environment be achieved,while building energy consumption is cut down.
