热采井套管三轴预应力设计分析

摘　　要：传统热采井套管预应力设计的基本原则是根据虎克定律,将施加于套管的预应力与套管升温后的轴向热应力叠加,使其控制在相应温度下套管许用的最小屈服极限以下。由于固井水泥环和围岩的作用,套管升温后存在三向热应力,利用对套管施加轴向预应力来降低套管的轴向热应力,使得套管的热有效应力控制在相应温度下套管许用的最小屈服极限为原则,得到热采套管三轴预应力设计方法,采用2种设计方法对N80、P110钢级套管进行预拉力设计,得到2种钢级套管不同井深位置预应力的临界温度。The conventional principle of prestress design of casing is huke law.That is the axial thermal stress under the minimal permissible on the basis of taking into account of three directions of thermal stress of the casing string during steam injection synthetically.The paper establishes a new method to design the prestress of casing.Its principle is the casing's thermal Mises intensity is under the permissible stress,the critical temperature of N80 and P110 casing is gained under the condition of different depth by using the two method.That can be applied in prestress design of casing.
