摘  要:建立了埋地输油管道在线大修时,开挖、直接重埋和支平后重埋工况下的力学模型。建立了埋地输油管道三维梁单元有限元应力应变计算力学模型,并给出了求解方法。提出了节点摩擦力循环迭代法和土壤弹塑性分区计算方法,解决了土壤与管道相互作用问题。建立了管道有效计算长度的确定方法。考虑管道内压,给出了管道综合应力计算方法。A mechanics model was established for petroleum pipeline on line at the states of digging out, burying with initial deformation and without initial deformation. A calculating model of finite element method with three-dimensional beam element for subsurface pipeline was established. The calculation methods was presented for loop iteration of friction between soil and pipeline at element node, and dividing the pressing feature between soil and pipeline as two parts, elastic and plastic. The problem of interaction of soil and pipeline was solved. Determining method of effective calculation distance was given. Considering pressure in pipeline, the calculation method of combined stress was gained.
