正交试验法优选葛根与山楂叶中总黄酮的提取工艺

摘　　要：目的 :研究葛根与山楂叶中总黄酮的提取工艺 ,确立最佳提取条件。方法 :采用正交试验法考察乙醇浓度、乙醇量、提取时间和次数对总黄酮提取的影响。结果 :最佳工艺条件为采用 6倍量 80 %乙醇回流提取 2次 ,每次 2h。结论 :葛根与山楂叶最佳提取工艺的确立为大生产提供了科学依据。Objective: To optimally select the best extracting technology of flavonoids in Radix puerariae and leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.by Orthogonal test.Method: Orthogonal method was used for studying the effect of alcohol concentration, volume, extracting time and times.Result: The best extracting technical conditions were as follows: 6 times of amount of 80% alcohol, extracted for 2 times, each time for 2 hours.Conclusion: The extracting method can provide a scientific basis for manufacture.
