摘　　要：随着信息化的深入,大家都感受到将信息系统应用提升到平台层次,是避免资源浪费,实现数据共享最有效的方法和手段,该文结合南京市“数字房产”的建设,提出了以“层服务模型思想”来构建房产GIS共享平台,详细分析了平台建设的理论基础、总体结构以及数据的组织管理方式,对不同行业间的数据信息共享作出了尝试。With the development of information technology,which is looked as a powerful method and technique to avoid resource wasting and data sharing,the information systems need to be integrated to be a platform.This paper,based on designing of Nanjing digital house property,puts forward the mind on layer service model to construct the house property GIS-share-platform and go deep into the analysis of fundamental theories,framework and ways of ar-rangement and management of data.Additionally,the writer had a try to realize data sharing among different fields.
