活性石灰在钢水精炼中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了在钢水精炼过程中 ,添加一定量的活性石灰和萤石 ,提高精炼钢水顶渣的碱度 ,降低熔渣的熔点 ,改善熔渣的流动性。消除钢包内衬结渣挂渣、顶渣结壳的现象 ,以及AHF浸渍罩、RH上升管和下降管结渣上涨的现象。同时钢水精炼添加活性石灰后 。In the liquid steel refining process the basicity of top slag can be increased, the melting point of the slag decreased and the fluidity improved by adding certain amount of active lime. Such phenomena as slag build up on the inner lining of the ladle, top slag skulling, aggregation of slag on AHF and uplift of the up and down nozzle of RH can be avoided as well by this method. By the way the active lime added in the liquid metal can also absorb certain amount of the inclusions in steel.
