摘 要:目的 :了解护理人员的心身耗竭情况 ,提供维护护理人员心身健康的科学依据。方法 :采用MBI调查量表中的护士工作问卷 ,对2 5 4名护理人员进行调查。结果 :护理人员情绪枯竭、去人格化体验及个人成就感低(P <0 .0 5 ) ,且与工龄及专业有密切的关系。情绪枯竭Ⅰ类科室最高 ,Ⅱ类科室最低 ,去人格化倾向Ⅲ类科室最高 ,个人成就感以Ⅴ类科室最高。结论 :建议开展护士人力资源培训及心理减压课程 ,并在实践中优选人才、科学用人、营造良好的人际关系氛围 ;工龄 10a以内的护理人员要轮岗使用。Objective: to know the psychological exhaustion state of nursing staffs, to provide a scientific basis for the maintenance of psychosomatic health of nursing staffs. Method: a total of 254 nurses were investigated by filling out nurse working questionnaire of MBI investigation scale. Results: nursing staffs were prone to have exhausted emotion, depersonalization experience, and lower personal accomplishment feeling (P<0.05). And it had close relation with length of service and specialty of nurses. Nurses working in class I departments had the highest score of emotion exhaustion. Nurses of class Ⅱ departments had the lowest score of emotion exhaustion. Nurses of class Ⅲ departments had the highest score of depersonalization tendency. Nurses of class V departments had the highest score of personal accomplishment feeling. Conclusion: it is suggested that to start training on nursing labor resources and to set a course for psychological decompression. One should arrange labors scientifically and to build a good atmosphere of human relationships. For those nurses of less than 10 years of service should work in different department in turn.
