摘  要:目的 观察腹部开放性损伤合并海水浸泡时 ,在不同的时间血浆酶的变化。方法  6 0只雄性Wistar鼠随机分为 2组 :对照组 (n =30 )及实验组 (n =30 )。对照组为单纯腹部开放伤 ,伤后直接观察。实验组 (海水浸泡组 )为单纯腹部开放伤后立即置入海水中 ,入水后 30、6 0、12 0min时间段各取 10只鼠采血 ,检测血浆肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)的变化。结果 实验组血浆酶在短时间内就发生了剧烈的变化 ,其检测指标与对照组比相差非常显著。结论 实验组与对照组比酶学变化有明显不同 ,经海水浸泡的时间愈长 ,上述变化愈严重 ,对机体的危害性愈大。Objective To evaluate the effect of seawater immersion after open abdominal trauma on several plasma enzymes. Methods Sixty Wistar rats were divided into two groups. A model of an open abdominal injury was established. Control group(n=30) was simple abdominal trauma. Experimental group(n=30) had seawater immersion after chest trauma. Blood samples were taken at three different time intervals for assessing creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST). Results The plasma CK, LDH, ALT and AST were significantly higher in experimental group than that in control group. Conclusion Plasma enzymes including plasma CK, LDH, ALT and AST have significantly changes in experimental animals and more severe with time.
