密盖息治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察和评价应用密盖息治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法 28例(男11例,女17例,年龄53～74岁,平均64.7岁),均经过临床、X线、CT、MRI检查确诊,均使用密盖息治疗4周,采用临床检查变化评价疗效。结果 经8周随访,28例患者症状改善满意,改善率均在90％以上,有1例没有任何改善。结论 密盖息治疗腰椎管狭窄症是一种可供选择的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of salmon calcitonin treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis. Method Twenty - eight patients whose ages were 53-74 years old with lumbar spinal stenosis diagnosed by clinical study X-Ray/CT and/or MRI examination had been treated with salmon calcitonin for 4 weeks. Among them 11 patients were malc, 17 patients were female. Clinical symptoms and signs were compared statistically before and after salmon clalcitonin treatment. Result Eight weeks' follow - up showed that more than 90% patients had good response to S-CT. Only one case failed to the treatment. Conclusion Salmon calcitonin offers effective conservative method for treating lumbar spinal stenosis
