电力市场中用户对电价的响应

摘　　要：介绍用户在电力市场中的作用和在电力市场中考虑“用户对电价响应”的重要意义。考虑“用户对电价的响应”使用户的权益得到了保障,同时有利于制定合理的电价,有利于电力市场的稳定运营和资源的优化配置。利用调查统计的方法设计了调查问卷,并对西安地区的电力用户进行了调查;根据统计学原理对调查数据进行回归分析,得到相应的关系(用曲线表示)。结果表明:所得到的“用户对电价的响应”曲线有一定的参考意义。In this paper,two factors are briefly introduced.One is the role that consumers play in the market of electric power,the other is the significance of considering 'consumers'respondence to the price'. The consideration of 'consumer's respondence to the price' is important for us to make reasonable price,stably manage the market of electric power and optimize the use of resources.By means of questionnaire,a survey has been made to the consumers of electric power in Xi'an.According to the principle of statistics,the data acquired are analyzed by regression,and a graph about their relationship is made.As an example,part of the data attained from the consumers of electric power in Xi'an and their relevant analysis is given.The result shows that the graph of 'Consumers' Reaction to the Price of Electric Power' has certain values for reference.
