骨疏康治疗骨质疏松性脊椎压缩性骨折64例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中药骨疏康在骨质疏松性脊椎压缩骨折治疗中的作用。方法 对94例临床诊断为骨质疏松性脊椎压缩骨折患者进行随机对照单盲研究。其中治疗组64例,服用骨疏康颗粒和钙制剂加维生素D;对照组30例服用钙制剂和维生素D治疗,持续6个月。治疗结束时进行疗效评价。疗效以腰背痛消失情况和躯体活动是否受限,以及下地活动时间、行走距离为判断指标。结果 治疗组64例中,显效51例(79.7％),有效11例(17.2％),无效2例(3.1％);对照组30例中,显效19例(63.3％),有效10例(33.3％),无效1例(3.3％)。经统计学处理,两组显效率差异显著(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论骨疏康可以有效治疗骨质疏松性脊椎压缩骨折引起的疼痛,加快骨折愈合。Objective To observe the curative effect of Chinese herb 'Gu Shu Kang' on osteoporotic compres- sion fracture of the spine. Methods The authors reported a randomized, single blind, control study on 94 patients who were clinically diagnosed as fresh osteoporotic compression fracture of the spine in the 3^(rd) Hospital of Hebei Medical Uni- versity. For the cases treated with 'Gu Shu Kong', 64 cases were given 'Gu Shu Kang', the Calcium and Vitamine D. For the controls, 30 cases were treated with vitamin D and calcium only. The Ireatment lasted 6 months. Subsequently, all cases underwent clinical evaluation according to the following criteria: whether the patient' s waist hackache has relieved, whether the motion of extremities were limited, how long and how far the patients can walk, and the time that patients need to stay in the hospital. Results For the treatment group of 64 cases, complete pain relieve was seen in 51 cases (79.7%), partial pain relieve in 11 cases (17.2%), no pain relieve in 2 cases. For the controls of 30 cases, complete pain relieve was seen in 19 cases (63.3%), partial pain relieve in 10 cases (33.3%), no pain relieve in 1 case (3.3 %). Statistically, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The results from treatment group were better than that from matched control. Conclusion 'Gu Shu Kang' can relieve the pain caused by osteoporotic compression fracture of the spine, and accelerates bone healing.
