咪唑斯汀治疗6970例慢性荨麻疹临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法口服咪唑斯汀10mg,每日1次,连服14d为1个疗程。结果用咪唑斯汀治疗6970例慢性荨麻疹患者,总有效率治疗7d为49.0%,14d达85.0%。治疗后患者的瘙痒、风团大小和数量均有明显改善,治疗7d和14d时分别与治疗前比较,治疗14d时与治疗7d时比较,差异均有非常显著性(P<0.001)。治疗1d后半数患者的症状和体征开始缓解,3d后80%以上出现改善。不良反应少,主要表现为困倦(6.8%,与一般安慰剂的发生率相同)和头晕(1.4%)。结论咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹有效而安全。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of mizolastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods With oral mizolastine,10mg daily,all patients received14days treatment as a course.Results The total effective rate of49.0%were found in7days,and85.0%in14days after initiation of treatment with mizolastine in6970chronic urticaria patients.The improvement of itching and wheals,after7days and14days treatment,was significantly higher than before treatment,respectively(P<0.001).It was found that half of the patients improved after1d treatment,and80%patients improved after3days.Ad-verse reactions were mild,mainly sleepiness(6.8%,similar to placebo)and dizziness(1.4%).Conclusion Mizolastine is an effective and safe drug in treating chronic urticaria.
