摘　　要：目的 观察降钙素(益钙宁)对老年人椎体压缩性骨折骨痛的疗效。方法 采用X线诊断脊椎压缩性骨折伴疼痛者入选作药物观察,年龄在60-82岁。结果 20例脊椎压缩性骨折患者的疼痛症状明显改善,优良率95％。结论 降钙素可以缓解脊椎压缩性骨折的疼痛,副作用轻。Objective To observe the effect of pain relieve and side effects of calcitonin (elcatonin) for verte- bral compression fracture. Method Radiographic examinations with vertebral measurement were undertaken in all pa- tients who suffered from spinal compression fracture with back pain for making definite diagnosis. The Calcitonin and α- D3 with calcium suppression were taken for treating all fracture patients. Results Fourty cases of vertebral compres- sion fracture that were treated with calcitonin had been obtained excellent and good results in 95% patients. Conclusion With excellent and good results and mild side effects, the calcitonin can be used in relieving back pain for patient who sustained spinal compression fracture with back pain.
