前列腺素E_1联合其他药物治疗带状疱疹神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:寻找治疗带状疱疹神经痛有效而安全的治疗方法。方法:将45例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,对照组应用伐昔洛韦、维生素C、曲马朵及外用药,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用前列腺素E1脂微球制剂(Lipo PGE1)治疗,疗程7 d。结果:治疗期间,试验组疼痛明显轻于对照组,且治疗后3个月内试验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Lipo PGE1可明显缓解带状疱疹神经痛,并有助于后遗神经痛的预防。Objective: To find an effective and safe therapy for neuralgia in herpes zoster. Methods: Forty-five patients were randomly divided into two groups: control and trial group. Valaciclovir, tramadol hydrochloride and other topical medication were used in treating neuralgia in both groups, and Lipo prostaglandin E1 (Lipo PGE1) was used in the trial group additionally. The two groups were both treated for 7 days. Results: During the treatment, the degree of pain relieved in the trial group was more markedly than that in the controls. The therapeutic effect in the trial group was better than that in the control group 3 months after treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusions: The results suggest that Lipo PGE1 can reduce the acute herpes zoster-associated neuralgia markedly and prevent postherpetic neuralgia in some degree.
