摘  要:目的 :通过滑车神经行径特点的显微解剖 ,寻找天幕裂孔侧方区域滑车神经入口的定位解剖标志点。方法 :2 0例国人成人头颅湿标本 ,6× 4 0倍Wild手术显微镜观察滑车神经 ,重点测量了天幕裂孔侧方区域滑车神经入口与周围重要标志点的距离。结果 :滑车神经入口在前床突后 2 3.3± 3.0mm ,在后床突后外方 14 .5± 3.9mm ,在颈内动脉鞘后方 17.9± 3.5mm ,滑车神经入口在动眼神经入口后方 11.5± 3.0mm。结论 :应注意滑车神经在颅内的行径 ,手术中通过解剖定位标志点来定位该神经 。Objective: To study the microanatomy of trochlear nerve for purpose of searching the anatomical landmarks of the entrance site of trochlear nerve in the middle incisural space. Methods: Twenty adult cadaveric heads were examined using ×6 to ×40 magnification. The shortest distance from trochlear nerve to the surrounding important landmarks were measured. Results: The entrance site of trochlear nerve located at 23.3 ± 3.0mm posterior to anterior clinoid process, 14.5 ± 3.9mm laterally posterior to the posterior clinoid process, 17.9 ± 3.5mm posterior to the sheath of internal carotid artery and 11.5 ± 3.0mm posterior to the entrance site of oculomotor nerve. Conclusion:During neurosurgical operation, much attention should be paid to the course of trochlear nerve. The nerve can be located by using the landmarks around it to avoid injury.
