海平与高原地区妊高征患者凝血纤溶状态的比较

摘　　要：目的 :探讨海平与高原地区妊高征患者血液纤溶状态的变化情况。方法 :选择海平地区妊高征患者 32例 ,高原地区妊高征患者 2 6例 ,以海平正常晚期妊娠妇女 2 5例作为对照 ;检测受检者血浆组织纤溶酶原激活剂 (t -PA)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物 - 1(PAI- 1)活性及纤维蛋白原 (FG)、纤溶降解产物 (FDP)含量 ,并进行分析。结果 :海平、高原地区妊高征患者FG和FDP含量及PAI - 1活性显著高于海平正常妊娠组 ,海平和高原地区妊高征患者FG和FDP含量及PAI - 1活性的变化与病情程度有关 ,在海平正常妊娠组和妊高征组之间t-PA活性无显著差异。在海平和高原妊高征患者之间 ,相同病情程度下 ,海平妊高征患者的血浆FG、FDP、PAI- 1均显著低于高原妊高征患者。结论 :妊高征患者存在纤溶抑制功能的亢进及凝血与纤溶系统的紊乱 ,在高原妊高征患者表现更为明显。Objective: To investigate the changes of the fibrinolysis coagulation system in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH)at sea level and highland. Methods: In the present experiment, tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1),fibrinongen (FG)and fibrin/fibrinogen degradation product(FDP)in the plasma were measured in 32 cases PIH patients at sea level and 26 cases PIH patients at highland,and 25 cases of normal pregnant women at sea level severed as control. Results: The results showed that the contents of FG, FDP and the activity of PAI-1 were higher in slight, moderate and severe PIH patients at sea level and highland than normal pregnant women at sea level ,but the levels of FG,FDP and PAI-1 of PIH patients at sea level were lower than those at highland. There was no significant difference of the activity of t-PA between PIH patients and normal pregnant women. Conclusion: The study indicated that it was related to disturbance of fibrinolysis coagulation system in the patients with pregnancy induced hypertension, particularly in those at highland.
