摘  要:目的 :通过对窒息新生儿进行行为测定 (neonatalbehavioralneurologicalassessment ,NBNA)及脑干听诱发电位 (brainstemaditoryevokedpotentials,BAEP)的测定 ,评估窒息对新生儿脑损伤的情况。方法 :对窒息新生儿同时进行行为测定、脑干听诱发电位测定。结果 :窒息缺氧影响新生儿的行为能力 ,主要影响到非生物听、视的定向反应 ,其次为主动肌张力的改变。而BAEP显示窒息影响Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波的出波率、影响Ⅰ、Ⅴ波的潜伏期 ,反映了窒息对周围及中枢听路均可造成损伤。结论 :Apgar评分与NBNA及BAEP的异常率呈负相关 (r =- 0 .6 32 ,P <0 .0 1、r=- 0 .712 ,P <0 .0 1)这 2种检查均能较敏感的反应出窒息所致的脑损伤 。Objective: To evaluate the effect of asphyxia on neonatal brain function.Methods: Neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) and brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) were performed at the same time to evaluate brain damage caused by neonatal asphyxia.Results: The study shows that asphyxia and hypoxia can influence neonate's behavior capacity, effecting mainly on nonbiological auditory-direct reaction and sight-direct reaction and then change of active muscle tension. The result of BAEP shows that asphyxia can influence the wave-produce rate of waveⅠ、Ⅲ and Ⅴ and the incubation period of waveⅠand Ⅴ. They reveal that neonatal asphyxia can injure both of peripheral and central nervous auditory way.Conclusion: Apgar score is negtive relationship with abnormal rate of NBNA an BAEP (r=-0.632,p<0.01、r=-0.-0.712,p<0.01) . Both of NBNA and BAEP can sensitively reflect neonatal brain damage caused by asphyxia. Both play a role in complementing each other.
