5%锐劲特SC对二化螟的残效期研究

摘　　要：对锐劲特不同浓度处理水稻植株进行室内接种二化螟试验。结果表明,5%锐劲特喷施20、30、40、50ml/L浓度的药液,药后7d内接蚁螟均无侵入为害。药后14d,浓度20mg/L的处理,二化螟能入侵为害,但为害较轻;浓度30mg/L的处理,二化螟也能入侵,但无残虫。药后21d各处理二化螟均可入侵为害,但以40、50mg/L的处理残虫较少,保苗、杀虫效果在90%以上。药后28d效果下降。因此在常规用量下,其残效期为20d左右。The results of indoor's trial of inoculated striped stem borer showed under 20, 30, 40 and 50 mg/L dilution of 5% Regent, no infestation venefound in 7 days after treating; slight infestation were found 14 days after treating under 20 and 30 mg/L dilution, but the larvae could not be several survive 30 mg/L. Infestation could be found in different dilution level, but slighter infestation and fewer several larvae in 40 and 50 m/L. The efficacy both on rice seedling protection and mortality are over 90%. The efficacy dropped 28 days after treating. The persistence of Regent under normal use rate is about 20 days.
