摘　　要：根据办公大楼用能的负荷特性,以及电网供电的特点,采用技术经济分析方法,对为办公大楼提供能源的分散能源方案进行成本分析,从用户侧能源费用管理的角度来说明在电力市场引入竞争机制的条件下,分散能源为办公大楼这类用户提供能源的可行性。According to the electric power and heat energy demand profiles of the office building, and the characteristics of Beijing local electric network, the costs of the distributed energy resource systems are calculated based on the cost-effective analysis. From the point of view of the power resource management cost of customer; the feasibility of distributed energy resource in the competitive electric market structure is discussed
