摘　　要：转化生长因子 β是一类多效能细胞因子 ,广泛存在身体各组织 ,参与许多重要的生理和病理过程 ,研究表明转化生长因子β与静脉移植物内膜增生 ,导致移植物管腔狭窄甚至闭塞关系密切。对二者关系的研究将会有助于静脉移植物内膜增生的预防和治疗。As multipotental cell factor,transforming growt h factor β is widely distributing in all tissue of human body and play an importa nt role in physiological and patholophysiological process.Studies have showed th at transforming growth factor β was associated with intimal hyperplasia in veno us graft,which could result in stenosis or occlusion of venous graft.the study o f relationship of them will benefit the prevention and treatment of intimal hy perplasia in venous graft.
