米力农治疗重度充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :了解米力农治疗重度充血性心力衰竭的疗效及其副作用。方法 :选择 60例病因不同的重度心力衰竭病人 ,米力农 10mg以 (0 .5～ 0 .75 )μg/(kg·min)滴速静脉输注 ,每日 1次 ,共 15d ,并与同期治疗的 60例重度心力衰竭病人作对照 ,观察治疗前后心力衰竭症状、体征、动态心电图或心电监护、心功能分级和米力农副作用。结果 :米力农组显效率为 90 .0 % ,对照组显效率为3 8.3 % ,两组比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :米力农是治疗重度心力衰竭较理想的药物。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of milrinone in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods:120 patients with CHF were allocated randomly and evenly into milrinone group and control group.The patients of control group received the routine treatment with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)and diuretic,etc. The treatmet group was added with milrinone 10 mg,(0.5～0.75)μg/(kg.min)intravenous drip,qd×15 d. The varieties of clinical features, holter, cardiac function and ultracardiography were compared before and after treatment.Results: The total utility of the milrinone group(90%)is higher than that of the control group(38.3%).Conclusions: Milrinone can be effectively used to treat patients with CHF.
