摘　　要：通过对当今Internet环境下大型制造企业对管理提出的新要求进行分析，从与供 应链管理的关系入手，建立了数字化管理系统的组织运行模式以及企业内部为实现数字化管 理必不可少的信息集成框架，并探讨了数字化管理的优势以及应用前景。【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the new management demand of large manufacturin g enterprises in the Internet age, then beginning with the relationship of suppl y chain management (SCM), it establishes the organization function model of digi tal management system and the information integration frame of enterprise. Fina lly, it discusses the advantages of digital management and the future of its app lication.
