摘  要:目的 :观察转化生长因子β (TGF - β)的信号转导分子Sand 2、Sand 3、Sand 4在伤口愈合中的变化特点 ,初步探讨其变化的意义。方法 :在伤后 1、 3、 5、 7、 10、 15、 2 0、 30天取伤口肉芽组织 ,每个时相点 8份 ,用Westernblot检测Sand 2、Sand 3、Sand 4的变化。结果 :伤后Sand 2、Sand 3出现两次高表达 ,第一次发生在伤后 1天~ 3天 ,第二次出现在伤后 10天~ 15天。Sand 4高表达出现在伤后 10天~ 15天。结论 :Sand 2和Sand 3在炎症期的高表达提示TGF - β ,Sand 2和Sand 3与炎症反应的启动、结束有密切关系 ;Sand 2、Sand 3与Sand 4的高表达与肉芽组织大量合成胶原的时相一致 ;TGF - β和它的下游信号分子Sand 2、Sand 3与SandObjective:To investigate the characteristics and significance of the expression of TGF-β signal transducer molecules sand 2, sand 3 and sand 4 during the course of skin wound healing. Method: At days 1,3,5,7,10,15,20 and 30 post wounding, 64 wound tissue specimen were collected and the expression of sand 2, sand 3 and sand 4 were compared using Western blot method. Result: There were 2 waves of high expression of sand 2 and sand 3. The first wave occurred at days 1 to 3 post wounding and the second wave at days 10 and 15 post wounding. The wave of high expression of sand 4 occurred at days 10 to 15 post wounding. Conclusion: High expression of TGF-βsand 2 and sand 3 in the inflammatory stage indicates that it is closely related to the initiation and termination of the inflammation. High expression of sand 2, sand 3 and sand 4 at days 10 to 15 post wounding is consistent with the synthesis of collagen during the course of skin wound healing. These indicate that TGF-βand its downstream signal molecules sand 2, sand 3 and sand 4 might be involved in hyperplastic scar formation.
