摘　　要：以人口、资源、环境、社会、经济5个子系统整体考虑,建立水资源可持续利用评价指标体系。针对该问题,运用基于RAGA的PPC模型,把高维数据转换到低维子空间,获得指标体系最佳投影方向和投影值,从而做出判断。最大限度避免了模糊综合评判等方法中权重的人为干扰。模型简单、高效、可行。Taking population,resource,environment,society,and economy into the whole consideration,constructing a water resource sustainable using index system is necessary.Through applying PPC based on RAGA in the evaluating the regional water resources sustainable using,the multidimension data are easily changed into low dimension space,then the optimum projection direction and the value of project function can be obtained.The PPC model can avoid jamming of weight matrix in the method of fuzzy synthesize judgment, the model is concise,effective,feasible and provides a new approach for other relative study.
