摘  要:设计了一种适合于工厂化秧苗生产的简塑秧盘精密播种装置及其控制电路 ,该装置采用气吸滚筒结构 ,具有结构简单、连续性好、适应性好、生产率高、漏播率低、重播率低等优点。通过通用二次正交旋转组合实验对其吸种滚筒结构参数进行了优化 。The precision seed metering device for trays is the key of the automatic precision seeding system. This paper presents a new type of precision seed metering device with high automatic level, simple structure, good continuation, good adaptation to odd shape, high productivity, low missing rate, low duplicating rate and other advantages. The key parts are the pneumatic drum and the working circuit. As the pneumatic drum is rotated step by step, seeds can be attracted from seed box and fall into cells of tray. In order to keep the drum work in coordination with the tray, two optical sensors are used to check row position of drums and tray. The structure parameters were optimized by the generalized, secondary rotation orthogonal experiments. The experiments show that the inner diameter and length of attraction inlet tubes of pneumatic drum are the key structure parameters to the seeding quality.
