摘　　要：目的　研究大鼠出生后海马CA3区NGF和bFGF表达 ,以期寻找两者在大脑海马的发育过程中的关系。方法　应用SP免疫组化染色。结果　NGF在生后第 10、第 2 0、第 30d时可见表达 ,以锥体层最多。bFGF生后第 3d开始出现表达 ,锥体层、多型层阳性表达呈逐渐降低的趋势 ,第 2 0d时最少。结论　大鼠生后海马CA3区bFGF的表达伴随NGF的表达 。Objective To explore the expression of NGF and bFGF in CA3 area of the hippocampus in the different period of the development after birth. Method SP immunohistochemical techniques. Result The expression of NGF appeared in the pyramidal layer on the 10 d,20 d, 30 d after birth. The bFGF expressed in the pyramidal layer and the multiform layer on the third day after birth, it tends to decrease little by little and become lest on the 20 d.Conclusion bFGF expression accompanies the expression of NGF,and earlier than NGF after
