温室栽培甜椒专用品种的选育

摘　　要：通过对国内外有关甜椒 (Capsicumannuum L .var .grossumSent.)育种材料连续多代自交系的选育、配组、组合比较以及TMV抗性鉴定等选育研究 ,在配置的 47个组合中鉴定筛选出 1个综合园艺性状表现优良、适于温室长期栽培的灯笼型红果甜椒杂一代组合P2 2 0 1 10。经二年度 ( 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2 )温室长期栽培比较试验观察测定 ,以及病毒病苗期人工接种抗性鉴定的结果表明 ,上述组合具有连续结果、生长势强、果型大、肉厚质脆果实商品性好、对TMV抗性较强、产量水平较高等特性。其单果重为 2 5 2g ,果肉厚 6.9mm ,TMV病情指数为16.7。高产年份年产量水平为 7.5 79kg/m2 ,比对照品种Mandy(CK)高 2 .145kg/m2 ,增产 3 9.47% (Mandy年产量水平为 5 .43 4kg/m2 ,单果重 2 13g ,果肉厚 7.3mm ,TMV病情指数 3 4.7)。因此 ,P2 2 0 1Through a series of the following research works, selection and breeding of the self-lines among related home and abroad breeding materials for continuous generations, crossing, hybrid combination comparison and appreciation of resistance to TMV, the hybrid (F 1), P 2201-10 of sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum L. var. grossum Sent.) (blocky bell) with fine multiple-horticultural characters and suitable for greenhouse culture was screened among forty-seven hybrids (F 1). By the results of the long-term culture comparative test under the condition of greenhouse for two years from 2000 to 2002 and the appreciation of the resistance to TMV by inoculation with hands in seedling stage, it showed that the hybrid combination (F 1), P 2201-10, was characterized by better fruit-setting, vigorous growth, big fruit, good fruit quality with the thick and crisp flesh, high resistance to TMV and high yield. The weight per fruit is 252g. The flesh thickness is 6.9mm. The disease index of TMV is 16.7. The yield of high production year is 7.579kg/m 2 (red fruit), 2.145kg/m 2 higher or 39.47 percent of yield increase than the control variety 'Mandy' (CK) (The yield of 'Mandy' is 5.434kg/m 2, the weight per fruit is 213g, the flesh thickness is 7.3mm and the disease index of TMV is 34.7). Therefore, P 2201-10 is considered as a good hybrid (F 1) of special sweet pepper with fine multiple-horticultural characters for greenhouse culture.
